The Corner Beet – Denver Restaurant Review

I love looking for a healthy lunch in Denver. I have tried The Corner Beet on three occasions, and each time the food has been excellent.

The Corner Beet is located at 1401 N. Ogden St. in Denver. It opens each day at 8:00am until 2:00pm Monday-Thursday and 3:00pm Friday-Sunday. It describes itself as, “Cafe in an airy, industrial space with an arty vibe for cold-pressed juices & light vegetarian fare.” The website claims that produce is 100% organic and local and house made whenever possible.

I enjoy healthy food and rarely eat meat, so vegetarian fare works for me. On my last visit, I enjoyed avocado toast and a turmeric shot. Both were fantastic!

I sat at the bar and saw some amazing coffee drinks being made, which I will have to try in the future. According to their website, evening cocktails will be served again starting March 2023. The pictures looked enticing.

I give The Corner Beet a thumbs up for quality vegetarian food in a fun atmosphere. For more information about The Corner Beet, visit their website: cornerbeet.com
